I offer basic international Air Mail rates but am happy to upgrade your shipping with registration or insurance if you desire. If you would like to have your item insured just send me a message and I will let you know the insurance rate for your item.
Most of my crafts at this time are lightweight and ship nicely over long distances. I ship items within two to three days of purchase.
Within Australia, shipping takes 1 to 3 days to reach its destination. Express postage is overnight to all but the more remote Australian destinations, in which case it takes two days.
Outside Australia, shipping takes 8 to 10 days.
If you are unsatisfied with this piece for any reason I will offer a full refund upon return of the item within 30 days of purchase, though as I am always seeking to improve the quality of my work I kindly request a statement concerning the details of whatever left you unsatisfied beyond any obvious breakages. Please notify your intent to return before shipping anything back. All items are subject to inspection, with refunds being issued within five days of item verification.
NO REFUNDS will be issued on orders requested/expected to be delivered outside the regular or express paid postage times. It is the buyers' responsibility to read information on item location and postage times before ordering. I am very sorry but I have had too many buyers order in a hurry and the process of issuing refunds is too time-consuming.
Q. Do I accept custom orders?

Custom orders are welcomed for color changes, small additions or subtractions from my existing designs or something very similar. I do not charge a custom fee but the minimum for custom orders is $25 and all orders require a 50% payment/deposit of the estimated cost up front. Please do not send me a photo of someone else’s design and ask me to make that for you; I will not copy other designer's work.
Q. Are my items made with attention to quality?
A. Yes, I test all my items for durability by destroying a sample. I stitch in addition to gluing all sequins, I like my machine stitching to be as neat as possible, and I secure my line beading and wire work with extra measures and double jump rings where needed. I have been making and wearing my own jewellery for over 20 years and I know what can go wrong with jewellery, so I have made sure my products will last a reasonable amount of time over many occasions. Please read my return policies for extra assurance.
